Liver-healthy Recipes

One of the most common forms of liver disease is non-alcoholic fatty liver disease or NAFLD which is often associated with obesity. This disease which is the result of a build-up of fat in the liver can range in severity from a mild condition to one that is progressing in severity from inflammation to fibrosis and eventually to cirrhosis.
